    Hello... 1st of all we are reach the hotel reception they tell me their rules and 1 rules i dont accepted but they tell this was compulsory...then after i pay 2000 diposit and get key of my room.

    Good accommodation for family and friends. Nice property and staff is supportive. Nice clean rooms but still more to improve in maintainanace.

    Overall, the experience was underwhelming. Parking problems, service delays, and staff shortages at the hotel left us constantly running around trying to manage things ourselves.

    swimming pool is small but apart from that is really good. property should have granted early check in rooms In their schedule list.

    Staff was polite in nature and beyond that the hotel premises was also great and the food was awesome

    The hotel's security deposit rule has occurred to us Less staff, Late food delivery, Even not maintained room from inside even Drinking water was not clean at least have to provide PKG drinking water

    Very bad experience in this resort. there no room services available. there no tv , there no wifi . i stay there 3 days but no one came to change bed sheets and towels . no person came to collect dustbin .

    I book a large room you mentioned 220 sqft room. Hotel staff say only available one room and room to small around 100-120 sqft room you charge me large room money and give me local room not good at all your services
